How do I gain admission to the various venues after receiving my Pass of All Passes? |
|
Your Pass of All Passes card is your ticket to entry at Seven Peaks Waterpark Provo, Seven Peaks Waterpark Salt Lake City, Trafalga Fun Center Lehi, Trafalga Fun Center Orem, the new Fun Center in Sandy, Peaks Ice Arena, and Utah Valley University Athletic events. Simply present your Pass of All Passes card at the gate to gain admission to these venues.
For admission to Real Salt Lake, Rocky Mountain Raceways, Orem Owlz Baseball, Ogden Raptors Baseball, and Utah Blaze Arena football, you must present your Pass of All Passes card at the box office/ticket booth on the day of the event to receive a physical ticket for admission to the venue. The venue-specific admission ticket can then be taken to the gates at game time for admission into the event.
For BYU Men's Soccer games, Pass holders can begin redeeming their tickets once the box office opens on the day of the game. The pass holder must be present with their pass to receive their ticket. One person can pick the all of the tickets for their household if they have all the passes in hand for their household. One person CANNOT pick up all of their tickets for their neighborhood, church group, corporation etc., just their own household. Tickets will be issued until there are no more left in the stadium. |

How much does the Utah Pass of all Passes cost? |

For a limited time, the price to renew or extend a non-expired Pass of All Passes is just $49.95. Existing Seven Peaks customers must call 801-377-4FUN (4386) to renew or extend.

The rumor is true! Seven Peaks is proud to announce a new Fun Center in Sandy! Seven Peaks has finalized its aquisition of the Karen Pullman's Pro Shop and Bowling Center and is in the process of preparing it to be the newest member of the Seven Peaks family. The address is:
This Fun Center features a full bowling center (we've been listening!), and plans have been made to include a dual level laser tag floor, indoor mini golf, and a full arcade. Holders of the Salt Lake County and Utah Pass of All Passes receive free bowling Monday through Thursday and unlimited other attractions when renovations are complete. (Food and arcade games are not included. There is a two-game limit during peak times. Shoe rental required. Bowling is first come, first served.)

Can I Add a Season Tube and/or Season Parking to My Pass of All Passes? |

Yes. A Pass of All Passes with a season tube included is called a VIP Pass of All Passes. A Pass of All Passes with both a season tube and season parking included is called a Platinum Pass of All Passes. Season tubes and parking may be added to any pass type after purchase, and are $20 each or $30 together. |

What if I already have a Pass of All Passes but would like to upgrade to the added benefits of the new Utah Pass of All Passes? |

You have two options. You can either upgrade your current Pass of All Passes to the new Utah Pass of All Passes for the remainder of your term for just $10 or upgrade to the new Utah Pass of All Passes and simultaneously extend your expiration/anniversary date for an additional 12 months beyond your current expiration/anniversary date. The second option is your best value. |

I already have a Pass of All Passes card. Do I have to get my card reprinted to enjoy the benefits of the Utah Pass of All Passes? |

No. All Pass of All Passes card appear visually identical. The barcode on your Pass of All Passes card electronically references a database when scanned to determine the activities that you are entitled to attend. Therefore, regardless of the Pass of All Passes card you have (ie. Utah County Pass of All Passes, Salt Lake County Pass of All Passes, or Wasatch Front Pass of All Passes), you will always have access to the venues that you are entitled to enjoy. |

After purchasing the Pass of All Passes online through various online sources, how do I redeem my voucher to receive my Pass of All Passes card? |

| How can I ensure a seat next to my family/friends at an event? |
| Simply show up together with your Pass of All Passes card on the day and time of the event and the venue will ensure you have a seat assignment next to those you are with. |

Is the Pass of All Passes transferable? |
|
No. Each pass comes with the owner's picture on it and can only be used by the pass's owner. |

When do my Pass of All Passes, season tubes, and/or season parking passes expire? |
|
Your Pass of All Passes, and any upgrades added thereto, will expire on their respective anniversary dates, which is 12 months from the date of purchase. Note that the anniversary date of each item on your Pass of All Passes is independent of and unrelated to each other. For example, if you purchased a Utah County Pass of All Passes on October 11, 2010, added a tube on November 20, 2010, added parking on February 5, 2011, and added the Salt Lake County Pass of All Passes on May 1, 2011, your Utah County Pass of All Passes would expire on October 11, 2011, your tube would expire on November 20, 2011, your parking would expire on February 5, 2012, and your Salt Lake County Pass of All Passes would expire on May 1, 2012 |

What are the free age limits for toddlers and seniors for the Pass of All Passes? |

For Seven Peaks or Trafalga, children ages 3 and younger and adults ages 65 and older are free. We will still print a card with a picture for convenience.

I have one or more of the Salt Lake Pass of All Passes, the Utah County Pass of All Passes, or the Wasatch Front Pass of All Passes. This might include the 2-Pack or 3-Pack, depending on what I purchased. What do I get? |

The Salt Lake Pass of All Passes, the Utah County Pass of All Passes, and the Wasatch Front Pass of All Passes were sold through August 2011. These passes provided venues within the specific area which was selected by the Pass holder when purchasing. a 2-Pack Pass of All Passes was a combination of any two areas that the Pass holder selected, and the 3-Pack had all three areas. You get access to the venues for whichever of the three Pass of All Passes you chose a the time of purchase.

2-pack and 3-pack FAQs: Q: Expiration? If I purchased on of the three Pass of All Passes in January and one in March, when does my Pass of All Passes 3-Pack upgrade expire? A: The upgraded portion of your 3-PACK pass will expire one year from date of purchase. Therefore, the added venues will have a different expiration date than the activities on your original pass. Passes will be scanned at each venue entrance to determine the expiration date. For example, if you purchased the Utah County Pass of All Passes in January 2011, then every venue associated with that pass (Seven Peaks Provo, Trafalga Lehi, Trafalga Orem, Utah Flash and Orem Owlz) will expire in January 2012. If you then decide to purchase the Pass Of All Passes 3-PACK in April, 2011, for example, then every venue that is added to your pass will expire April, 2012.
Q: Can I still get any or all of these three Pass of All Passes? A: No. Seven Peaks discontinued selling these three passes in August of 2011.
Q: Does my Salt Lake Pass of All Passes, Utah County Pass of All Passes, or Wasatch Front Pass of All Passes include the new Seven Peaks Fun Center in Sandy? A: The Salt Lake Pass of All Passes includes the new Seven Peaks Fun Center in Sandy. The Utah County Pass of All Passes and the Wasatch Front Pass of All Passes does not.
