Summerfest Kick-Off Party
Get the week of Summerfest off to a great start with an evening of live music, storytelling, and a free sweet treat. Treats will be given out at 6:30 pm. Award-winning storyteller Kim Weitkamp & local musician and storyteller Sam Payne will be headlining the event with music, humor, and heart. Summerfest is teaming up with Rev Road and our other great sponsors to bring you the Rev Road Rally Summerfest Car Show. The evening will include a free dinner for attendees, fun activities for kids, and over 100 of the coolest cars in Utah. The Orem Mayor and City Council will be grilling up dinner for the first 2,000 people. Scales and Tails will bring a collection of their most exotic reptiles and birds for a series of free shows during Summerfest. Scales and Tails will also have a reptile display tent where you’ll be able to see the animals up close and personal when they aren’t on stage.
